Our QuickBooks Support Silver Service is as follows:

You receive one-hour of telephone support per month with no fee. Any unused time is not accrued to the next month. After one-hour, the fee is $55 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. After one-hour, there is a minimum fee of $20 per call.

Telephone support is available at 773-933-9303 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. All calls received by 3:00 p.m. will be returned within 2 hours. All calls received after 3:00 p.m. will be returned by 9:00 a.m. the next business day.

If we don’t call you back within 2 hours, for calls received by 3:00 p.m., or by 9:00 the next business day, for calls received after 3:00 p.m., we will not charge you for that call.
