Our QuickBooks Support Bronze Service is as follows:
You receive telephone support on a pay-as-you-go basis. The fee is $70 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. There is a minimum fee of $20 per call.
Telephone support is available at 773-933-9303 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. All calls received by 1:00 p.m. will be returned within 4 hours. All calls received after 1:00 p.m. will be returned by 11:00 a.m. the next business day.
If we don’t call you back within 4 hours, for calls received by 1:00 p.m., or by 11:00 the next business day, for calls received after 1:00 p.m., we will not charge you for that call.
